by Scott "Kubryk" Sawitz on December 3, 2012

MMA Junkie is reporting that Dominick Cruz, already on the shelf for an extended period of time in 2012 with an ACL injury, had a further setback and additional surgery to repair his ACL.

“He’s pissed and disappointed,” Cruz’s trainer Eric Del Fierro told MMA Junkie. “But I think he’s doing better now. Once he talked to the doctor and found out what was going on, he felt much better.”
