Rener and Ryron are back to break down the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from UFC 142

Even though Ryron and Rener took a little longer to post the breakdown than usual, they still managed to keep it real with some solid insight on UFC 142 in Rio. They start by discussing the unique manner in which Rousimar Palhares set up his devastating heel hook on Mike Massenzio and they explain precisely what Palhares did that made the lock so challenging to escape. Then, they go on to explain how Vitor Belfort was able to get the rear naked choke on Anthony Johnson even when Johnson saw it was coming.
