TMZ is reporting that Floyd Mayweather is a suspect in a battery domestic violence case. The gossip website is reporting that the police turned up to Mayweather’s Las Vegas home after receiving a call from his former girlfriend Josie Harris at 5:03 in the morning. Mayweather was not home and the police are now looking to find and interview the controversial boxer.

This is not the first time that Harris has accused Mayweather of domestic abuse, with Mayweather standing trial in 2005 over allegations she made in 2003 of him punching and kicking her. The trial collapsed when she retracted her testimony, saying she made her original allegations due to being angry at Mayweather for seeing another women. It is believed that today Harris went to hospital but has now left.
