Zuffa’s plans to break into the lucrative Asian market took another step forward this weekend, with the official announcement that WEC had signed Chinese lightweight Tiequan Zhang. Zhang is undefeated, with all eleven of his victories coming in the distance. He will make both his promotional and North American debut on September 30th when he faces Alex Karalex at WEC 51.
