According to a report on MMA Junkie, there is a middleweight contenders fight planned for UFC 114 between Michael Bisping (18-3 MMA, 8-3 UFC) and Dan Miller (11-3 MMA, 3-2 UFC),

Apparently one of the fighters is already signed on for the fight, and if (or when) the fight is signed, it would be part of UFC 114 airing May 29 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on PPV.

UFC 114 is shaping up to be a loaded show, as the rumored card is also reported to include:

Rashad Evans vs. Quinton “Rampage” Jackson

Forrest Griffin vs. Antonio Rogerio Nogueira

John Hathaway vs. Diego Sanchez.
