by Trent Pusey - February 11, 2010 | Email the author

The televised undercard of the March 13 pay-per-view event headlined by Manny Pacquiao and Joshua Clottey has been finalized. The event will emanate from Dallas, TX and can be seen live on HBO PPV. The televised card plays out as follows:

Manny Pacquiao vs. Joshua Clottey
Humberto Soto vs. David Diaz
Jose Luis Castillo vs. Alfonso Gomez
John Duddy vs. Michael Medina

Soto-Diaz was the last fight added to the card, ending any speculation that Antonio Margarito would be a part of the event. Soto and Diaz will fight for the WBC Lightweight title recently vacated by Edwin Valero.

Ugh, what a terrible undercard. I’m going to Dallas to watch this fight to be part of this huge audience and to see this awesome state of the art stadium. I’m paying good money for this and I’d expect to see at least some quality prior to the main event. Well, at least Margarito isn’t going to fight. That guy should do the right thing and go to California and at least apply for that license first.

It was a boring match up. Pacquiao should have fought Mayweather.
