In a fight that saw both men go down in the first round, Paul Williams got a majority decision over Sergio Martinez in Atlantic City, NJ. Scores were 114-114, 115-113, and 119-110. Not sure what fight that last judge was watching.

Chris Arreola scored a 4th round TKO over fellow American heavyweight Brian Minto on the undercard.

Also in heavyweight action on the undercard, Tony Thompson stopped Chazz Witherspoon by 9th round TKO.

Carlos Quintana stopped Jesse Feliciano in the third round of their welterweight bout when Feliciano could no longer continue after a cut. Quintana went down in the second round.
