Tito Ortiz sat down with Ron Yacovetti of Heavy.com in Big Bear this week to discuss his upcoming rematch with Forrest Griffin at UFC 106. The bout has become the main event after Brock Lesnar and Shane Carwin’s heavyweight championship fight was scratched from the card.

The fight will be Ortiz’s first bout with the UFC since May of 2008 where he lost to current UFC light heavyweight champion Lyoto Machida at UFC 84. Ortiz earned a split-decision victory over Griffin in their first match at UFC 59 and looks to launch himself back into title contention.
