Kelly Pavlik had to pull out of his Dec 5 date with Paul Williams due to staph infection in his hand. Paul Williams, not wanting to wait any longer for the fight that had been previously postponed in October, kept the Dec 5 date and will now fight Sergio Martinez.

Once Paul Williams moved on to another opponent, Kelly Pavlik sure started to heal fast.

Kelly Pavlik will fight Miguel Espino on Dec 19 in Pavlik’s hometown of Youngstown, Ohio. Pavlik’s middleweight titles will be on the line.
