Four Grappling Superfights Announced for UFC 100 Fan Expo

I’m a giant jiu-jitsu and grappling fan, so the announcement of four superfights for the UFC 100 Fan Expo Grappler’s Quest tournament is very exciting news.

On Friday, you’ll see Vinicius “Vinny” Magalhaes, known by casual fans for his appearance on the eighth season of The Ultimate Fighter, meet an opponent to be named later. The main event superfight for that day will be Ulysses “Useless” Gomez taking on grappling legend and Joe Rogan favorite Rumina Sato.

Saturday will see Fredson Paixao take on Jeff Glover and current UFC lightweight Joe Stevenson taking on Brett Cooper in the main event.

Finally, the American MMA fans will have the chance to witness Rumina “Moon Wolf” Sato in action! Though his MMA career has been on a steady decline for the last several years, leaving him out of the discussion about the pioneers of lighter weight classes in MMA is sacrilege!
